We have been in the appliance business for 50 years and have own the business for 40 years.  Out primary concerns we were providing warranty service for the major appliance companies in the United States. As went on, the foreign markets started sell in the US and we started picking up their contracts as well.  Today, these products are inter-connected so that the brand name doesn't have as much meaning.  Everyone is building for every brand.  

I am an electronic engineer from the early 60's and have been able to keep up with the electronic field as it became an important part of the appliance industry.  I was able to fix those problems when no one else was able to do so, and kept up with it till I retired last year.
